You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

i've recently watched a copy of "the lonesome mouse" and mammy two shoes' voice in it sounds nothing like i remember it, its still a black womans voice - just a different one. I assumed it may have been one of the redubbed versions, but I realised it couldn't have been as she uses very stereotyped dialogue "You sure is a mouse catcher" I then found a version on google video with the voice i remembered (and considered to be the original one) and sure enough her dialogue is more refined "You sure are a mouse catcher". This worried me, as it meant that the voice I remembered and had always assosiated with Mammy two shoes as the original one was actually a redub to make her more PC. then on another video file I watched "a mouse in the house", this was also a redubbed version "I'm glad to see you're enjoying your little siesta, you are comfertabe aren't you ?" - the only problem, I did not remember this version at all. I then located a sound clip of the original one "I'm glad to see you is enjoying you're little siesta, you is comfertable aint you ?" and this was the version I remembered, so i figured "the lonesome mouse" was a one off, so I was at peace with the fact that the voice i remembered belonged to the real Mammy two shoes, but I then watched the original version of "fraidy cat" and i did not recognise Mammy's voice in that, i watched the redubbed one and i recognised it. As i watched more redubbed Mammy two shoes cartoons, i realised that i completely recognised the redubbed voice as the Mammy voice I remember, but then I watched the redubbed version of "puss gets the boot" and i did not recognise that voice, i recognised the one where he misspelles out as "O-W-T". You may think that this simply means that were i live they only air the redubbed versions, but this can't be true as I live in the UK and watch Tom and Jerry on Boomerang, like i said earlier, they air the original version of " A mouse in the house". You may think that that might be a one off, but it can't be, I remember that not long ago they had a commercial which was basicly a montage of Mammy two shoes clips accompanied by audio clips, which included "deres a mouse in da house" and "well slap my face if dis aint a mess", undoubtbly the original quotes, as well as the ones which i remember as the real Mammy voice. so what does this mean ? does boomerang UK air the original ones or redubbes ?
if it will help, heres the original version of "fraidy cat"

heres the redubbed one, along with a lot of other redubbed Mammy two shoes cartoons

and heres a page with a sounclip from the original version of "a mouse in the house" at the top

    http://www.tomandjerryonline.com/sounds.cfm

    so what do you think

are you more accustomed to the original ones or the redubbes ?

if you are more accustomed to the original ones, how have you been able to see the original ones on tv ?

does boomerang uk show the original ones or the redubbes?

i ask the last question because i realise although i realise that ive seen the redubs of a few cartoons, i must have seen more of the original ones beacuse i am sure i the remember the mammy two shoes that had terrrible grammer and a thick southern accent. But at the same time a lot of the redubbed versions sound so familier with me while some of the originals don't at all.
