Perhaps Twisted Sister opened the floodgate on metal Christmas albums, I dunno. lol But, this one delivers! The originals have some nice conviction to them and the traditionals sound great with Halford's voice! I like the fact that Rob didn't lay back on this. It has the energy & spirit of every previous studio recording he has been part of except for maybe Painkiller which probably cannot be topped energywise anyway. I recommend this one for sure.
