Packaging was so tight I broke a DVD.
It's a great set, but the packaging was so tight, I snapped one of the DVD when I tried to get it out of the holder. The only way to get it fixed is to return the set and get a new one...which first of all is a waste...second of all is expensive. I live in Japan and have this stuff shipped out to me. I just can't afford to send it all back just to replace one DVD. I tried contacting Warner Home VIdeo for a replacement DVD but never heard anything back from them.
