Folks this book is availiable from the U.S. Gov't printing office for sale to the public for $59.99, YES that's fifty nine dollars NOT the 500 dollars Amazon or ebay sellers try to rip you off for. Its a great book, but why get ripped off seriously. Don't let these con artists try to fool you, its only a $59.99 book.
