Having gone through the 100 hr clinical hypnosis training with Dr. Yapko, I found Treating Depression with Hypnosis to be an outstanding companion to the training itself. It is written clearly and crisply and is straightforwardly instructive. Compliments my background and training in hypnosis and cognitive behavioral therapy.
