Whatever Happened to Inanna and Ishtar?

Perera uses mythology and the ancient poem, 'Song of Ishtar', to explain the gathering strength of patriarchy which caused the demise of the fertility goddess. I found the 'Song of Ishtar' many years ago in another publication and kept it in a journal.
