Useful for a Planescape game master

I myself have found this book a must for a Planescape DM. This is a good expansion to the Planescape Campaign Setting books, especially if you are leading a game in Sigil. The descriptions of the places and cites are lively , and there is many personal NPC:s introduced. Like in many other Planescape books, the special dialect, "The Cant", has been used much in the text, which might not please every reader.
