My Voice Will Go With You: The Teaching Tales of Milton H. Erickson, M.D.
This is an excellent book, written clearly and with great care. I believe Erickson was a great hypnotist, but also a remarkable therapist, and his sensitivity (and sometimes a deliberate lack of sensitivity) to his patient's experience, has made his work a lot more efficient. He teaches you this "7th sense" in this book, through his metaphors and little nuances.
I give this book five stars and recommend it to any therapist out there.
