Rating:  - Effective but disgustingly sweetI use Alka Seltzer Gold. I'm allergic to aspirin (which is an ingredient in regular Alka Seltzer) but Gold doesn't have it. Gold is hard to find, so when I saw Heartburn in the store I grabbed it up. It's flavored with lemon-lime and a large dose of artificial sweetener. Gold has basically no sweeteners. As for the comparison with Tums. I use Tums when my stomach burns. But, when I have indigestion that feels like a rock in my stomach, Alka Seltzer breaks it up and lets it "move on". I use it to alleviate indigestion, not heart burn or acid reflux. That's my method anyway. page 1 of 1
